At Nomya, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking details through the contact information provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, during festive periods, sales, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If free shipping is offered on eligible orders, the applicable eligibility criteria will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct phone number and PIN code.

Nomya will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond Nomya's control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, or logistical disruptions.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the phone number is unreachable, or the customer refuses to accept the package, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to Nomya.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment needs to be resent due to an incorrect address, refusal, or other circumstances attributable to the customer.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for eligible locations and orders.

A flat COD fee of ₹79 will be charged on all orders placed using the Cash on Delivery payment method.

COD availability may vary based on the delivery location, order value, courier service, and other applicable criteria.

Customers are requested to accept COD orders once placed. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD restrictions on future orders.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Nomya ships only within India unless otherwise stated on the website.
